Kevin was co-owner and vice president of Lovegreen Industrial Services, Inc., Reliatech, and Lovegreen Risk Management for nineteen years before successfully selling his interest in the companies in 2010. The companies employed about 110 employees and, among other services, provided custom steel fabrication, industrial equipment transportation and installation, and project management. Throughout his career, Kevin focused on strategic planning, sales management, administration, accounting, profit maximization, marketing, and insurance.
Since 2011, Kevin has focused on giving back to the business community by facilitating business owner peer groups, executive coaching, and mentoring. Kevin has facilitated over 180 group meetings and coached over 60 business leaders. That unique insight, experience, and always-learning attitude helps Kevin inspire individuals to execute on the right actions and “knock it out of the park” in both business and life.

In 2011, Kevin was inspired by a life coach to try something new. That journey began a passion for writing children’s books and speaking to elementary-age kids. Kevin is currently finishing his tenth book in a one-of-a-kind series called Lucky Luke’s Hunting Adventures. Lovegreen was born and raised in Bloomington, Minnesota. He attended St. Thomas Academy High School where he was a co-captain of the football team and graduated as an officer. Kevin attended college at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he earned a BA in marketing, real estate & insurance and a minor in speech communication. He has two amazing kids—Crystal and Luke—and currently lives in Eagan, Minnesota, with his wonderful wife, Sue.
Kevin is passionate about learning and applying strategies for business success, personal growth, and healthful living. He is active with the Apple Valley Rotary, serves as a board member for Coats of Kindness, supports and sponsors NPH International, and is a trained Minnesota DNR Mentor. Kevin’s personal interests include prayer, reading, fitness, racquetball, golf, hunting, fishing, meditation, journaling, Bible study, and striving to be an outstanding husband, father, and friend.
